1. When conducting an inspection, first check the lifting chain for any deformation, small cracks, rust marks, etc. Qualified lifting chains have no defects that affect the operation in appearance.
2. For the inspection of manufacturing details, we can check from the welding interface's mouth. If the mouth protrudes one circle from the chain and the chain is smooth, free of burrs, scratches, etc. when touched, it is a high-quality chain.
3. During use, there is no abnormal sound or vibration generated.
4. The lifting chains used for high-quality chain hoists are all made of high-quality alloy steel, while some small manufacturers or informal enterprises may have rough workmanship or simple materials, resulting in some deviations or appearance defects in the chains produced.
